- A government and private sector relations officer is required to work full-time in the city of Riyadh
Tasks and responsibilities:
Dealing with government agencies:
- Coordination with various government agencies such as ministries, municipalities, Zakat and Income Department, Passports, and Public Security
- Follow up on government regulations and laws related to the company or institution, and ensure its compliance with them
Preparing documents and licenses:
- Submitting the documents required to obtain the necessary licenses, permits, and certificates from government agencies
- Preparing and following up on official files and procedures for issuing various licenses
Communication with ministries and official institutions:
- Building strong relationships with government agency employees to ensure facilitation of administrative procedures
- Representing the company in government meetings and following up on government issues related to the company
Solving problems and dealing with crises:
- Dealing with any legal issues or problems that may arise between the company and government agencies
- Providing administrative advice and the legal procedures that must be followed to overcome crises
Reporting:
- Preparing reports on interaction with government agencies and providing recommendations to senior management regarding strategies for dealing with these agencies
Follow government updates:
- Follow up on amendments to government regulations and regulations, and inform management of any changes that may affect internal operations
Coordination with internal departments:
- Coordination with other departments (legal, financial, administrative) to ensure compatibility with government regulations
Organizing government events:
- Organizing the company’s presence in exhibitions, events and conferences organized by government agencies
Requirements:
Experience in the field of monitoring and issuing visas and work permits
At least 3-5 years of experience in government relations or related positions
Comprehensive knowledge of government laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Ability to communicate effectively with government agencies and individuals
Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals within specific deadlines
The ability to build strong relationships with government agencies
