An employee is required to work in the field of organizing events and exhibitions with extensive experience of not less than 5 years in the field of organizing events
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Organizing and managing events and exhibitions from start to finish
• Coordination with the relevant authorities to ensure the implementation of the event with high quality
• Preparing time plans and detailed schedules for events
• Manage teams and suppliers to ensure adherence to budget and timelines
• Providing detailed reports on the event’s performance and results
• Building technical and financial offers
Requirements:
Previous experience of at least 5 years in organizing events and exhibitions
Communication and team management skills
Familiarity with the local market and event and exhibition industry trends
