Job duties:
- Expert in full account management
- Providing periodic reports
- Periodic follow-up of products, sales, inventory, orders, returns, compensation, and purchase orders and transferring them to the relevant departments.
- Developing products and their pages periodically
- Follow up and prepare FBA and FBN shipments
- Improving seller evaluation and product content on selling platforms
- Professional in marketing, management and promotional campaigns at the lowest costs and adding keywords and SEO
- Managing the sales process from the planning stage to post-purchase services
- Building and developing a business development strategy
- Interact and answer questions from customers and followers
- Providing qualitative information about products
- Writing SEO compatible articles
- Manage and improve results on search engines
Requirements:
Proficiency in English
Previous experience in achieving sales on Noon and Amazon platforms and following up on orders, shipping and inventory across the selling platforms + creating and following up on marketing campaigns within the selling platforms
Ability to collect and analyze data
Proficiency in writing, editing and drafting content
