Job duties:
- Concluding agreements with clients and external companies
- Follow up on the progress of the project plan from inception until delivery
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings between the work team and clients
- Full communication with clients during the meeting period
- Preparing application documents for competitions and tenders
- Managing daily correspondence (email, phone calls, letters)
- Preparing contracts and quotations
- Preparing reports and letters
