- Receiving customers and directing customers to the sections appropriate to their needs within the retail store
- Providing accurate information such as product features, prices, warranty services and after-sales services for the products
- Answering customer questions about specific products or services
- Supervising the consistency of storage operations and quantities displayed on the shelves
- Providing solutions to customer complaints and providing recommendations for choosing the appropriate product
Requirements:
