Responsibilities:
- Supporting wealth managers in preparing financial plans for clients
- Preparing detailed reports using Excel
- Preparing presentations using PowerPoint
- Assist in document management and file organization to ensure efficient workflow
- Providing daily administrative support and managing priorities effectively
- Working at the company’s headquarters in Riyadh - Al-Sahafa District on Olaya Main Road
- Working hours: from 9 am to 5 pm
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines (economics, administrative sciences, accounting, finance, quantitative methods) or related disciplines
Proficiency in using computers
Proficiency in English, spoken and written
Handling MS Office, specifically (Word + Excel + PowerPoint) at an advanced level
