- Answer all incoming calls and deal with callers’ inquiries appropriately
- Forwarding calls appropriately, and receiving and sending appropriate telephone messages
- Receiving, assisting and guiding visitors
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed (document binding, copying, scanning, lamination, document mailing, etc.)
- Call and deliver international phone calls upon request
- Sort and route incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries and track records
- Open and seal all public correspondence
- Providing administrative support to managers and employees as needed
- Monitoring the daily attendance of all office employees and preparing reports on it
