- Conducting studies that help the organization make the right decision regarding purchasing operations
- Maintaining computer records and files about the company’s purchases, suppliers, prices, and items that are dealt with in a way that facilitates reference to them when needed.
- Establishing policies and all conditions necessary to complete purchases
- Conduct a good study of the market and determine the status of competing companies and institutions
- Arranging and recording all data related to purchases according to the records specified for that
- Bringing samples of the items to be purchased from the market to inspect them with the requesting party before deciding on the purchase
- Follow up on the arrival of items and ensure that they conform to the specifications written in the purchase order in coordination with the warehouses and the ordering party
- Follow up with the warehouse department regarding issuing entry vouchers for received materials and working to pay suppliers’ invoices in a timely manner
- Follow up on supply regarding late orders
- Preparing periodic reports on the company’s purchases
- Eliminate unnecessary stored items

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or commerce
Obtaining accredited certificates in supply chain management, procurement, contract conclusion, etc., analysis tools, and inventory management
Proficiency in working with Office programs
Participate in training courses to master purchasing management systems such as ERP
Experience in project procurement
Experience in electrical, mechanical and building materials items
