Tasks and responsibilities:
• Supervising the design and implementation of air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, fire-fighting, and sanitation systems
• Manage a team of 5 people and ensure that project objectives are achieved efficiently
• Coordinating with clients and contractors and following up on work progress to ensure adherence to quality and schedules
• Preparing technical reports and submitting them to the concerned authorities
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and Saudi building regulations and rules
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Practical experience of at least 10 years, preferably in building projects within Saudi Arabia
Good knowledge of using engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
