Reception and guidance:
- Receiving customers and visitors with all professionalism and good reception
- Directing visitors to the appropriate sections and ensuring their comfort
Manage phone calls:
- Answering phone calls and transferring them to the relevant departments
- Receiving general inquiries and providing initial assistance to customers
Administrative arrangement:
- Managing and organizing appointments and interviews for clients and lawyers
- Follow up on incoming and outgoing messages and ensure that they are recorded accurately
Marketing and public relations:
- Assist the marketing team in preparing promotional materials and flyers
- Supporting marketing activities such as organizing events or attending legal exhibitions
- Communicate with potential customers and contribute to developing business relationships
Other tasks:
- Preparing daily/weekly reports related to reception and appointments
- Follow up and organize basic customer files and ensure confidentiality of information
Requirements:
Ability to deal with multiple situations and pressure
Strong marketing skills with the ability to think creatively
Familiarity with office software (such as Microsoft Office)
