Responsibilities:
- Create plans and drawings
- Use of knowledge
- Conduct site assessments to ensure quality work and adherence to safety standards
- Supervising and making recommendations throughout the entire construction process
- Collaborate with different teams in order to set goals, schedules and budgets
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
At least 4 years of experience in the field of building modern villas within the Kingdom
He has in-depth knowledge of all the steps related to completing the project and provides an addition and advantage to the company with his experience
He has knowledge and experience in construction and finishing in the field of advanced and modern villa projects and new building techniques
Sufficient experience and training to start working as an engineer on sites
Ability to perform frequent quality assurance checks to ensure regulations are followed
Strong organisational, creative and presentation skills
