- A data entry person with experience in the same field is required to work in commercial food markets in the city of Buraidah in the Qassim region
Required tasks:
- Receiving goods: Receiving incoming food goods, checking quantities and specifications, and ensuring their compliance with invoices
- Record all incoming goods in the computer according to the approved programs
- Storage: Arranging and organizing food items inside the warehouse and preserving them in a way that ensures their safety and avoids any damage or spoilage
- Administration: Managing the inventory system and updating records periodically
- Inventory: Conduct periodic inventory operations to ensure inventory accuracy
- Accounting: Contribute to the accounting operations related to the store accurately in accordance with the approved systems
Requirements:
Proficient in accounting with preference for experience in food and consumer goods
Basic background in accounting and adaptation to accounting programs
Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word) and other office tools
Punctuality, ability to work under pressure, make correct and quick decisions, and good communication skill
