- Organizing and scheduling the Executive Director’s appointments and coordinating meetings
- Managing the CEO’s daily correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
- Preparing and designing reports, presentations and promotional materials using Canva
- Preserving and organizing the company’s files and documents
- Coordination with various departments within the company to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow up on the implementation of tasks and projects assigned by the Executive Director
- Managing internal and external communications professionally
- Providing administrative and organizational support as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in using Canva
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Arabic and English (English language certificate is an added advantage)
