- Supervising the development of protocols for the use of information technology across various departments and projects
- Providing advice on the most appropriate IT options
- Providing technical support or training for the systems and networks available in the company
- Determine development requirements based on studying the company’s needs, and develop the necessary plans to achieve the required development
- Follow up the operation of the applied systems, evaluate their efficiency, supervise the analysis of the needs of the departments using these systems, and develop plans to secure these needs.
- Determine the specifications of alternative solutions, necessary additions and updates, and study their technical and economic feasibility
- Study and analyze the problems in operating the systems used and develop radical solutions to prevent their recurrence, present them to senior management and supervise their implementation
- Monitoring the efficiency of the work of computers, information networks, and printing devices and verifying their suitability to all requirements
- Follow up on repairing faults as quickly as possible and work to reduce faults to a minimum
- Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards, and other various devices)
- System monitoring and network performance monitoring
- Troubleshooting and recovering data
- Follow up on maintenance activities and improve performance (such as preparing backup copies)
- Maintaining licenses, reviewing their validity, and following up on their renewal
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computers, information systems or computer science
Test certificates such as (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+)
Previous experience working in the field of information systems
Full proficiency in dealing with computer systems and networks
Strong knowledge of information technology systems and applications, ability to communicate strongly, and proficient in explanation and interpretation skills
Constant knowledge of all developments in the field of technology and information technology
Understand how TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN equipment work
Proficiency in the process of paying attention to minute details and the ability to provide different solutions
The ability to solve problems efficiently, on a logical basis, and through the employee's creative abilities
Pay attention to the fine details and note the dimensions of the technical problem to deal with it in the appropriate manner
