Job description:
Responsibilities:
Recruitment management:
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract the right talent
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Coordinate with department managers to determine staffing needs
Develop policies and procedures:
- Preparing and developing human resources policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Performance management:
- Implementing the performance appraisal system and providing support to managers in evaluating employee performance
- Organizing training sessions to improve performance and develop skills
Training and development:
- Identifying training needs and organizing internal and external training programs
- Follow up on employee development and submit reports on their progress
Relationship management:
- Building positive relationships with employees and enhancing the work environment
- Dealing with complaints and disputes and resolving them effectively
Payroll and benefits management:
- Coordinate payroll and benefits processes and ensure their accuracy
- Providing advice to employees about benefits and financial policies
Providing administrative support:
- Maintaining accurate employee records and files
- Preparing periodic reports and analyzing data related to human resources
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
