Job Description:
- Field work: visiting clients and following up on work on projects
- Office work: preparing designs
Tasks:
- Follow up on the implementation of designs on the ground
- Ensure that implementation conforms to approved designs and engineering plans
- Modifying designs based on field developments or client requests
- Coordination with the design team to ensure that modifications are consistent with the overall vision of the project
- Ensure that work is completed according to the specified schedule
- Coordination and follow-up with customers
- Attending field meetings and submitting work progress reports
- Documentation and reports
- Documenting the stages of work and changes occurring on the site
- Provide daily reports on project progress to management or client
- Supervising the installation of furniture or decorative elements if this is part of the project
- Adherence to standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
1 to 3 years experience
Proficiency in engineering programs (AutoCAD) and all other design programs
