• Full responsibility for the sales process from receiving the customer to seeing him off from the store
• Receiving and displaying products at the branch
• Identify and implement customer needs and daily requests and send them to the administrator
• Building a sustainable relationship of trust with clients and customers
• Achieving the required monthly sales target
• Contain complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up
• Responding to customer inquiries and responding quickly to customer requests
• Do not leave the workplace without providing an alternative, avoid private conversations, and devote yourself entirely to meeting customer requests
• Report any malfunctions in the system and follow up on resolving them
• Make serious attempts to motivate the customer to order more than one product and introduce them to the products
• Trying to satisfy the customer continuously and permanently
• Implementing sales policies and instructions approved by the company
• Survey customers’ opinions, desires, and requests regarding the company’s services, and submit the opinions, desires, and requests to the direct manager to take them into consideration.
• Follow up and meet customer desires and work to gain customer satisfaction
• Submitting recommendations, suggestions, and monthly, periodic, and annual reports on work progress to the department director
• Carrying out any other work assigned by the department director that is related to the nature of his work
