Tasks and responsibilities:
Legal consultations:
- Providing legal advice to senior management and other departments on various legal issues
- Analyzing legal issues related to the company’s activities and providing appropriate legal solutions
Preparing and drafting contracts:
- Preparing and reviewing legal forms of contracts and agreements with external and internal parties
- Ensuring that contracts comply with local and international laws
Litigation and dispute resolution:
- Follow up on legal issues and judicial disputes in which the company is a party
- Collaborate with external attorneys when needed to ensure the company is adequately represented
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all local and international laws and regulations regulating the company's legal activities
- Preparing periodic reports on legal compliance within the company
Preparing legal research:
- Conduct in-depth legal research on laws and regulations relevant to the field of work
- Providing recommendations regarding legal amendments or updates that may affect the business
Legal document management:
- Maintaining legal records in an organized and secure manner
- Ensuring easy access to important legal documents when needed
Internal audit:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing internal policies and legal systems to ensure compliance
- Cooperating with various work teams to ensure the implementation of legal policies within the company
Requirements:
Strong skills in legal research and analysis
Good knowledge of relevant local and international legal systems
Practical experience in the field of law (commercial, corporate, intellectual property, or other related fields)
