Responsibilities:
- Implement and process various procedures related to the employee life cycle within the company, and to play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring compliance with government policies and regulations related to human resources.
Tasks:
• Managing government websites related to human resources
• Managing contracts, implementing procedures for transferring services, renewing work permits on the “Qiwa” platform, and following up on procedures for terminating services.
• Issuing and renewing residency permits for employees via the “Muqeem” platform in accordance with internal regulations
• Manage the day-to-day affairs of employee relations, resolve conflicts, and answer their work-related inquiries
• Promote a positive work environment and provide effective support to employees regarding administrative matters
• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations, provide appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, display them, clarify them, and save them in their database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all official documents and transactions are saved in ways that ensure easy access to them when needed and that they are not lost
Requirements:
Qualified in business administration or human resources management
She previously worked on government platforms
Familiarity with Saudi labor systems
