Responsibilities:
- Attracting, selecting and appointing appropriate talent to fill vacant positions within the company. He works to meet the company's needs for qualified human resources by following best practices in recruitment processes
Job duties:
• Recruitment needs analysis: Understand the requirements of the company and different teams and determine the skills and qualifications required to fill vacant positions
• Writing and publishing job advertisements: Preparing an accurate description of job vacancies and publishing them on recruitment sites, social media, or through other channels.
• Manage the candidate search process: search for candidates through various channels, such as recruitment databases, professional networks, and social media platforms
• Reviewing CVs and conducting interviews: Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience and suitability for the job.
• Coordination with Department Managers: Communicate with managers of different teams to obtain their feedback and updates on recruitment requirements and selection of the most suitable candidates
• Submitting job offers: preparing job offers and negotiating working conditions with candidates
• Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates from the moment they apply until they join the business
• Data analysis and reporting: Prepare periodic reports on the results of recruitment processes and analyze them to improve future recruitment strategies
Requirements:
Qualified in business administration or human resources management
