• Receiving daily mail and delivering it to the secretariat
• Receiving and welcoming visitors in a manner befitting the company’s general appearance
• Preventing any customer or visitor from entering the front offices
• Help visitors reach the nearest employee who can serve them
• Receiving incoming and reverse phone calls, knowing the caller and the purpose of his call, and transferring the call to the competent employee
• Dealing with photocopying and fax machines
• Take notes
• Paying attention to the cleanliness and smell of the place
• Pay attention to the coordination of the place
• Providing the customer with company brochures during the waiting period
• Running a special offer in the company
• Open all entrances to the hall in the morning and close them at night
• Turn on the lighting in the corridors and halls where preparations are taking place and turn them off after completion
• Checking air conditioning devices, following up on their affairs, and coordinating with technicians regarding this matter
• Coordinating with the responsible supervisors and concert owners on all technical matters related to the concert based on the instructions of the concert director
• Delivering and receiving car keys to drivers, recording this in a special book, and reporting the car that has not been returned
• Handing over and receiving the department keys to those responsible for them and recording this in a special book
• Organizing work with the other period and submitting all notes
