- Carrying out administrative work, including receiving hotel guests in a proper manner, placing them in a manner that reflects a good image of the hotel, and maintaining the confidentiality of information.
- Receiving guests and guests at the hotel and similar facilities and providing them with various services upon arrival, departure, and during their stay in a courteous and professional manner.
- Organizing advance reservations and room reservation procedures
- Maintain a list of vacant and occupied rooms and follow it up with the room cleaning department
- Introducing inmates and guests to the services provided by the hotel and what follows them, and answering questions related to the hotel, tourist and local services, and other public utility services.
- Conveys messages to guests and submits accounts of departing persons
- Arranging the entire luggage transfer and completing hotel departure procedures
- Handing over room keys to the guest upon arrival and receiving them upon departure
- Giving instructions to hotel service workers
- Receiving the amounts paid and delivering them to the financial department
