- Perform routine maintenance checks, including cleaning filters, coils, and drain pans
- Inspect and clean the outdoor condenser unit
- Lubricate moving parts as needed
- Test system performance and adjust settings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in split unit systems
-Repair or replace faulty components, such as compressors, fans, and control boards
- Recharge refrigerant as needed
- Calibrate thermostats and other control devices
