An auction manager is required to work for a real estate company in the Eastern Province to manage the auction team
Duties and responsibilities:
• Establish a clear vision and objectives for the auction to achieve targeted performance in all areas of the business
• Engage and motivate the team to achieve key objectives, performance expectations and best practice processes
• Prepare the annual budget by reviewing sales results, expenses, and other financial data, such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other expenses
• Partner with the Controller General and Assistant General Manager in reviewing monthly forecasts
• Promote open communication with auction staff, clearly communicating vision, mission and priorities internally and externally
• Drive an exceptional customer experience across all departments including Lot, Office and Customer Support
• Determine pricing, plan, develop and implement auction objectives
• Lead the business through a high level of involvement in daily operations
• Maintain expertise in all areas of auction operations to ensure efficiency and economy while maintaining awareness of market trends to ensure proactivity in decision making
• Build and maintain customer relationships while promoting the brand through outreach on sale days, at the client's workplace, trade shows and industry events
• Arranging new methods and techniques for auctions through advertising campaigns and following up on social media sites
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
