Document and records management:
- Organizing and storing administrative files in a systematic manner
- Follow up and update employee records (vacations, promotions, contracts, etc.)
- Preparing periodic reports on administrative work
Support daily administrative operations:
- Supervising the provision of office tools and administrative supplies
- Follow up on the necessary maintenance of facilities and offices
- Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail
Internal and external communication:
- Coordination between different departments to ensure workflow
- Receiving visitors and clients and directing them
- Answering phone calls and e-mails and directing them to the competent authorities
Preparing reports and correspondence:
- Drafting official internal and external letters and correspondence
- Preparing presentations and administrative performance reports
Assistance with recruitment processes:
- Contribute to publishing job advertisements and collecting employment applications
- Organizing job interviews and following up on the necessary documents for candidates
Organizing meetings and events:
- Scheduling administrative meetings and preparing agendas
- Providing logistical support for internal and external events and meetings
Compliance with laws and policies:
- Ensure the implementation of approved administrative policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local laws related to labor and employees
Managing relationships with suppliers:
- Coordination with service providers and other companies to ensure the provision of office needs
Requirements:
Experience from 4 to 10 years
Ability to deal with computer programs, such as: Microsoft Office
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
