Job description:
Identify potential customers:
- Search for potential companies and customers through online platforms, databases, and trade fairs
- Analyzing customer needs and preparing plans to communicate with them
Communication and relationship building:
- Contact clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
- Building long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continuity of dealing
Negotiating and closing deals:
- Providing presentations and products to customers in a professional manner
- Negotiating sales terms and prices in accordance with the customer’s needs and company policy
- Closing deals and achieving monthly and annual goals
Reporting and performance analysis:
- Providing periodic reports to management explaining sales, performance, and the challenges it faces
- Analyze customer data and provide suggestions to improve the sales strategy
Customer follow-up:
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure their satisfaction with the products or services
- Solve problems or complaints that may arise and ensure the provision of a distinctive experience
Coordination with other departments:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that support sales
- Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure efficient delivery of products and services
Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or Zoho
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or similar function
  • Strong knowledge of industry or target market
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients
  • Analytical skills to implement effective sales plans
  • A valid driving license (if the work requires field visits)
