Identify potential customers:
- Search for potential companies and customers through online platforms, databases, and trade fairs
- Analyzing customer needs and preparing plans to communicate with them
Communication and relationship building:
- Contact clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
- Building long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continuity of dealing
Negotiating and closing deals:
- Providing presentations and products to customers in a professional manner
- Negotiating sales terms and prices in accordance with the customer’s needs and company policy
- Closing deals and achieving monthly and annual goals
Reporting and performance analysis:
- Providing periodic reports to management explaining sales, performance, and the challenges it faces
- Analyze customer data and provide suggestions to improve the sales strategy
Customer follow-up:
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure their satisfaction with the products or services
- Solve problems or complaints that may arise and ensure the provision of a distinctive experience
Coordination with other departments:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that support sales
- Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure efficient delivery of products and services
Requirements:
University degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or Zoho
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or similar function
Strong knowledge of industry or target market
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build strong working relationships with clients
Analytical skills to implement effective sales plans
A valid driving license (if the work requires field visits)
