Job description:
- A public relations employee is required to work in the city of Riyadh - Al-Arid district

Tasks and responsibilities:
Follow up on government procedures:
- Reviewing various government departments (such as municipalities, passports, social insurance, and the Ministry of Commerce)
- Completing license renewal transactions, issuing permits, and renewing commercial records
Official transaction management:
- Preparing the documents and documents required for submission to the official authorities
- Ensure that all papers are correct and completed before submitting them
Follow updates and laws:
- Continuous review of laws and updates regarding government procedures related to the company
- Ensure compliance with all regulations
Representing the company before government agencies:
- Communicating with government agencies to solve any problems the company may face
- Building good working relationships with representatives of official authorities
Internal department support:
- Providing assistance to the company’s internal departments to obtain information or official papers from government agencies
- Following up on residency applications and renewing them for company employees
Time management and punctuality:
- Ensure transactions are completed within the specified time frame
- Follow up on the status of submitted transactions and inform management of any delays or problems
Performing field missions:
- Movement between various government agencies and companies related to the company’s work
- Ensure that documents are delivered to the relevant authorities accurately and safely
Documentation and reports:
- Save an electronic and paper copy of all transactions
- Preparing periodic reports for management on the status of transactions and procedures that have been completed
Working with e-government platforms:
- Using platforms such as Absher, Muqeem, Baladi platform and others to complete transactions electronically
- Follow up on the progress of transactions through electronic systems
Administrative dispute resolution:
- Follow up and solve problems related to transactions or documents in cooperation with government agencies
Requirements:
  • Experience in dealing with government websites
  • Extensive knowledge of government procedures
  • Organizational skills

Salary Range: 4,000 S.R.
