Objective of the job:
- Providing field services to visitors and employees inside the mall, providing support and guidance to them when needed, and responding quickly to any emergency situations, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving customers: welcoming visitors and answering their inquiries about the locations of stores and services available within the mall
- Guidance and guidance: Providing assistance to visitors in navigating the mall and directing them to the desired destinations
- Ensuring safety: Monitoring the surroundings to ensure adherence to safety and security rules within the site and providing the necessary guidance to avoid risks
- Dealing with emergency incidents: providing rapid response in emergency situations such as evacuation or minor accidents, and directing visitors and employees to safety areas when needed.
- Monitoring behaviour: following up on visitors’ behavior, ensuring they adhere to the site’s instructions and rules, and reporting any violations or inappropriate behaviour.
- Cooperation with security teams: Coordination with other security teams when needed to ensure that incidents are dealt with and safety procedures are implemented
Working conditions:
• The work requires standing and moving around for long periods within the site
• Work may include working on weekends and holidays
Requirements:
High school diploma as a minimum
Preferably someone with previous customer service experience in a similar environment such as commercial centers or malls
Effective communication skills and the ability to deal with visitors professionally and friendly
Ability to deal with emergency situations calmly and make quick decisions
