- Supervising the cleaning of cooking and food utensils and maintaining safety and public health procedures and instructions
- Receiving raw materials, processing, preparing and cooking meat, chicken, vegetables and other foods to prepare the dishes mentioned in the menu.
- Preparing and cooking meat, vegetables, rice, and popular dishes
- Apply health safety rules before, during and after cooking
- Preparing meals according to patients’ special specifications in light of the nutritionist’s instructions
- Cooking for nurses according to their nationalities and eating habits
Requirements:
5 years experience
Proficiency in making (Arabic-popular-Asian) dishes.
