Responsibilities:
- Project management: planning, coordination, and supervision of all phases of the project from beginning to end
- Scheduling and Budget: Develop and monitor project schedules and ensure budget adherence
- Supervising teams: Managing various work teams, including implementation teams and subcontractors
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local and international codes and standards related to construction, health and safety
-Communication: Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors and consultants to ensure the project progresses according to specifications
- Risk management: identifying potential problems and providing appropriate solutions to deal with them
- Reports: Preparing periodic reports on the project progress and business status to be submitted to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or any related field
At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, especially in the fields of steel structures, canopies, and metal panels
Extensive knowledge of construction techniques and materials used in steel and metal projects
