Job description:
- Organizing files and documents: Ensure that legal files are saved and organized in a way that facilitates access to them
- Preparing documents: preparing basic legal documents such as contracts and agreements, and preparing the necessary copies and procedures
- Communicating with clients: setting appointments, organizing meeting schedules, and communicating with clients to confirm appointments and updates
- Managing calls and messages: receiving and organizing calls and emails, and responding to initial inquiries
- Coordinating schedules: arranging lawyers’ schedules and following up on case deadlines
- Follow up with external parties: such as courts, government agencies, and other offices to obtain or submit documents
- Dealing with invoices and payments: following up on invoices and payments, and preparing simple financial reports
