- Establishing the necessary policies and procedures for maintenance management
- Active participation and attendance in periodic meetings and expressing an opinion on the results and decisions
- Responsible for following up on the implementation of plans for maintenance management
- Organizing the time of employees in the department, issuing instructions and directives, and assigning tasks to them
- Planning and raising the human resources needs of the relevant department
- Develop plans to determine the needs of materials and spare parts needed for the maintenance department and submit them to the relevant department
- Participate in formulating the company’s main goals and plans
- Preparing periodic work plans for employees and distributing them in accordance with experience, qualifications and capabilities
- Supervising and directly following up on the implementation of preventive maintenance plans, repairing and equipping cars
- Managing employees, contributing to developing their skills, raising their efficiency, and distributing and organizing their vacations
- Raising proposals and observations that contribute to improving the quality and performance of the work
- Proposing the appropriate budget for the maintenance department in coordination with the relevant authorities
- Submitting periodic reports to the Executive Director to indicate what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, along with an explanation of the reason
- Implementing and supervising all other tasks to achieve the set goals and any other work or task assigned in the field of competence
- Follow up on the branches and their technical problems, follow them up periodically, and ensure that the technical plan is progressing as it should
