Some tasks:
- Editing and printing letters and correspondence from senior management
- Writing minutes of all meetings and sessions in which the General Director or Executive Director is a party
- Preparing the monthly schedule of appointments and work for the General Manager and Executive Director
- Preparing the weekly plan for the work of the General Manager and Executive Director
- Booking travel tickets, hotels, and entry tickets to exhibitions for senior management, and organizing business trips
- Save and maintain all files related to the administration office
Requirements:
At least 3 years of secretarial experience
Proficiency in Office programs (Word - Excel - PowerPoint)
Proficiency in English, spoken and written, is preferred
It is preferable to have experience in editing letters and reports
