- Receiving and following up on all inquiries and comments received from customers and responding quickly to them
- Dealing well with the inquirer or complainant in a way that suits the nature of the inquiry or complaint and befits the company’s status
- Implementing customer service policies and instructions approved by company management
- Writing a daily report to show the work that has been accomplished
- The Quality Follow-up Officer is responsible for keeping all records of quality models related to quality management instructions, and all of his work is subject to internal review
- Good reception of all inquiries and complaints received from customers and rapid response to them, as well as in implementing and performing the tasks assigned to him.
- Submitting periodic reports on achievements, problems and failures to senior management
- Executing new orders
- Arranging files in storage according to the company’s system
- Uploading weekly, monthly and annual statistics
- Sort duplicate notes and submit them to management
