- Participate in setting the main objectives of the company and participate in their formulation
- Participate in invited meetings and express an opinion on the results and decisions
- Drawing up general policies for the Marketing and Sales Department, and developing marketing and sales procedures in cooperation with other departments
- Chairing and managing periodic meetings of the Marketing and Sales Department and assisting in issuing appropriate decisions based on the facts received
- Proposing improvement, remedial and preventive measures that would improve work performance
- Preparing and developing marketing and sales plans and studies and supervising their implementation
- Setting marketing and selling goals and objectives and developing strategies that achieve these goals
- Supervising the establishment of a comprehensive database on markets and competitors, and everything related to competitors’ services, prices, marketing plans, geographical regions and their distributions.
- Analyzing data collected by marketing research about markets and competitors
- Develop plans for promotion, advertising, and sales offers in coordination with other departments
- Follow up contact with advertising agencies and conclude agreements with them to implement advertising campaigns
- Determine promotion objectives and appropriate tools for each service
