User Support:
- Providing technical support to users via phone, email, or in person
- Solve computer, software and network problems
Systems administration:
- Install and update software and applications on computers
- Monitor system performance and ensure it works efficiently
Diagnose and repair faults:
- Identify technical problems and provide appropriate solutions
- Performing regular maintenance and required repairs
Network management:
- Assist in setting up local networks and configuring devices
- Monitoring network health and security
Documentation and reports:
- Record and save all support requests and resolved problems
- Preparing periodic reports on recurring activities and problems
Training and guidance:
- Providing training to new users on how to use systems and programs
- Providing guidance and educational lessons to users
Communicate with other teams:
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure high quality service delivery
- Participation in IT projects and infrastructure improvement
Requirements:
University degree in information technology or related field
Ability to work under pressure
Problem solving and effective communication skills
Strong knowledge of operating systems and common software
