An executive secretary is required to work full-time in Jeddah
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Preparing and managing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintaining a system for storing important and confidential information
- Assist in planning events, meetings and conferences
- Dealing with office supplies and inventory management
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Ensure that daily operations in the office run smoothly
- Any other tasks assigned by management
