- Preparing all the equipment and tools necessary for production, maintaining their cleanliness, ensuring that they are arranged in healthy and organized ways, storing them in safe ways and keeping them in appropriate places, supervising the cleanliness of the hall and all its sites, such as kitchens, warehouses, etc., training workers on cleanliness and committing to applying all health and safety standards and requirements.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Personal responsibility for the quality of performance of the work entrusted to him, commitment and punctuality
- Maintaining good and effective working relationships between him and all departments and departments
- Effectiveness in performing tasks and work, following up, and adhering to quality and safety standards
- Assist the kitchen chef when needed
- Preparing reports and forms
Requirements:
Experience in the same field
Good communication skills in both languages (Arabic/English)
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge of the regulations, systems, and health and safety requirements approved and applied by the relevant authorities and their application
The physical ability to endure, work under pressure, and deal efficiently with all circumstances and situations that occur while working
High organizational skills and attention to detail
