Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and leadership:
- Leading and managing a team of technicians in the field of maintenance
- Distribute tasks and ensure new members are properly trained
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Maintenance operations:
- Supervising the repair and maintenance of home appliances such as small electrical appliances, ovens, microwaves, kettles, etc
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and regulations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Follow up with customers and go to them in case they need maintenance
Customer Service:
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns regarding hardware issues
- Ensuring timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers as needed
Inventory management:
- Managing the inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance work
- Order supplies as needed and maintain accurate records
- Policy for receiving and delivering maintenance shops in all regions
Reports and documents:
- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance schedules
- Prepare reports on team performance and maintenance activities for management
Requirements:
Technical diploma
Previous knowledge and practice in maintenance mechanism
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
