Female cashier employees are required to work in the city of Riyadh and Al-Ahsa Governorate
Responsibilities:
- Accurately perform cash register procedures, cash register speed and accuracy must reach the company standard
- Good preparation and cleaning before starting to open the cashier
- Strictly follow the standard of polite customer service, provide customers with prompt and accurate service, provide them with information and other services, take the initiative to greet customers, and end in a decent manner all disputes with customers
- Obtaining an amount of disbursement sufficient for the day’s needs. Petty cash expenses must be checked every day, the procedures for handing over cash to the next employee must be completed, and the reserve must be carefully checked.
- Make sure there is enough cash to dispense to customers at any time when collecting cash, and carefully check whether there is counterfeit money through the counterfeit currency detector device available in the exhibition
- Ensure that every item purchased by the customer is accounted for and not deleted
- Responsible for removing theft stickers, periodically inspecting for losses related to thefts, and preventing their occurrence if possible
- Improved scanning accuracy and speed
- Responsible for promoting special offers to customers and distributing print advertising with the brand (if there is any advertising campaign)
- Seek the assistance of the branch supervisor or manager for assistance with problems if the cashier cannot deal with them himself
- Proficient in operating the cash register, cash detector, anti-theft machine and other equipment in the cashier area, able to solve simple errors, sort receipts and store shopping bags at any time
- Place unwanted goods and returned goods in the designated place and wait for the relevant staff to collect them
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the cashier area and the small shelves in front of him before the end of work and before the start of work; Sorting cashier receipts and shopping bags at the end of work and delivering the accumulated merchandise to the designated location
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the cashier area (including drinks, food, etc.)
- The cashier must follow the company's confidentiality policy, and not allow unrelated employees to use the cash desk computer or review the store's operating income statement without supervisor approval.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the director or management
