Job duties:
• Providing legal advice and guidance regarding local and international laws and regulations
• Representing the company before judicial authorities, courts, and government committees
• Preparing and reviewing legal contracts and defense and prosecution memos
• Follow up on all legal procedures related to the company and ensure full compliance with regulations
• Managing arbitration cases and settling disputes amicably or judicially
• Providing periodic legal reports to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in law or Sharia
At least 3 years of experience in the legal field
License to practice law in Saudi Arabia
Good knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations
Strong communication skills, negotiation and conflict management ability
Proficiency in the Arabic language; Proficiency in English is preferred
Saudi nationality
