Job description:
An account manager with at least one year of experience is required to work in the city of Riyadh - Olaya district
- Job type: full time

Responsibilities:
• Managing relationships with key clients and communicating continuously with them to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
• Analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions and plans to meet those needs
• Coordinate with internal work teams to ensure projects are successfully implemented according to required standards
• Monitor the performance of accounts and provide periodic reports on results and opportunities to improve relationships
• Participate in developing strategies to grow accounts and increase revenues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related disciplines, such as marketing, business administration
  • At least one year of experience in account management or a related field
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
