An account manager with at least one year of experience is required to work in the city of Riyadh - Olaya district

Responsibilities:
• Managing relationships with key clients and communicating continuously with them to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
• Analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions and plans to meet those needs
• Coordinate with internal work teams to ensure projects are successfully implemented according to required standards
• Monitor the performance of accounts and provide periodic reports on results and opportunities to improve relationships
• Participate in developing strategies to grow accounts and increase revenues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related disciplines, such as marketing, business administration
At least one year of experience in account management or a related field
Proficiency in the English language
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
