Develop financing strategies:
- Develop and implement strategies to collect donations and increase the association’s financial resources
- Identifying new funding opportunities and developing partnerships with donors
Managing relations with donors:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential donors
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports to donors on the impact of their donations
Organizing fundraising campaigns:
- Planning and implementing various fundraising campaigns such as events, online campaigns, and seminars
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
Preparing budgets and financial reports:
- Preparing annual budgets and long-term financial plans
- Providing periodic financial reports to senior management and the Board of Directors
Marketing and promotion:
- Develop marketing and promotional materials to attract donors
- Managing social media channels and the association’s website to enhance awareness of the association and its programs
Coordination with other departments:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure funding strategies are consistent with the association’s goals
- Providing support and advice to other departments regarding fundraising
Team management:
- Leading and directing the financial resources development team
- Providing the necessary training and support to team members
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the field of financial resources development
Ability to design and manage marketing campaigns
