- Managing receipt permissions and verifying that the goods are eligible for delivery
- Supervising the ideal arrangement and organization of warehouses by separating goods according to supplier and type
- Follow up on the goods leaving the company’s internal warehouses
- Monitoring inventory by notifying sales and stagnant goods, and alerting purchases of needs before they run out
- Discussing and determining the minimum and maximum order limits with the purchasing department
- Follow up on the warehouse workers, organize the work inside the warehouse, and train the existing workers to produce the maximum capacity with the least effort.
- Leading the work team inside the warehouse
- Working on various accounting programs to extract receipt and delivery authorizations
- Making a total and partial inventory
- Making regulations for work inside warehouses
- Innovation in arranging the warehouse, extracting damaged items, and notifying them to remove them from the inventory
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a warehouse manager
Actual experience in managing large warehouses
Honesty and compliance with the orders of superiors within the work
Ability to work under pressure and complete multiple tasks in record time
