- Supervising work sites, including receipt, delivery, and quality control of installation work and elevator maintenance
- Receiving and delivering elevators after completing the elevator installation process
- Preparing work programs and preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensuring the proper use of materials by workers
- Preparing lists of periodic needs for installation materials, maintenance, and breakdowns
- Preparing requests for disbursement of installation and maintenance materials and spare parts
- Follow up on the department’s purchase requests and work to quickly secure them
- Monitoring all safety requirements related to elevator work
- Coordination with heads of other departments regarding joint work
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
At least 5 years of experience in maintaining, installing, delivering and receiving local elevators
Computer literacy
Familiarity with elevator software
Familiarity with reading and understanding electrical diagrams for elevators
Familiarity with control and malfunction software for local elevators
