- Study the training needs of the company’s employees and develop and implement the annual training plan
- Measuring job satisfaction among company employees at intervals to verify the availability of a supportive work environment
- Documenting and renewing the company’s employee employment contracts
- Supervising the company’s vehicle file and employee housing
- Preparing work models required by the Human and Administrative Resources Department
- Issuing administrative decisions and circulars and sending them to all departments, sections and employees via the company’s official email
- Submitting reports to the direct manager
Requirements:
Experience from 3 to 5 years
Familiarity with all government websites and platforms such as (Social Insurance - Forces - Health - Extension - Resident - Ministry of Labor)
