- Greeting and welcoming customers when they enter the lounge, and ensuring a comfortable experience
- View details of available products, including features and benefits, to help customers make a decision
- Listening to customer needs and providing appropriate advice on products that meet those needs
- Provide product demonstrations, or even organize live trials if appropriate
- Follow up on stock levels and ensure the availability of the required products in the hall
- Negotiating prices and offers with customers, and working to successfully close deals
- Document transactions and sales accurately, and update the accounting system if necessary
- Communicate with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any problems they may encounter
- Collecting information about customer feedback and suggestions to improve the service or products
- Participate in training courses to enhance skills and learn about the latest trends in the market
