General objective of the job:
The applicant's primary objective is to promote sales of the company's operation and maintenance services, including facilities management, conducting presentations to potential clients, building strong relationships with existing and new clients, and achieving established sales objectives.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Research and development:
- Searching for new clients and identifying sales opportunities in the field of facilities management (operation and maintenance)
- Conduct market research to understand potential customers' needs and requirements
Customer relationship management:
- Building strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high quality services
- Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints and work to resolve them
Negotiating and concluding contracts:
- Negotiating with clients about the terms of contracts and services provided
- Preparing presentations and providing solutions compatible with customer needs
Achieving sales goals:
- Working to achieve the specified monthly and annual sales goals
- Develop effective sales strategies to increase revenues
Reporting:
- Preparing periodic reports on sales activities and future expectations
- Providing continuous feedback to company management about developments in the market
Internal cooperation:
- Cooperating with operation and maintenance teams to ensure that services are implemented according to the highest quality standards
- Coordination with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met
Requirements:
Good knowledge of operation and maintenance services and customer requirements in this field
At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in facilities management or operation and maintenance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals
Ability to build long-term relationships
The ability to analyze and make informed decisions
