Job description:
- An administrative employee is required to work for a leading real estate development company in the eastern north of Riyadh

Work tasks:
• Follow up on the company’s administrative and human activities
• Representing the company with government agencies (Ministry of Justice - Real Estate Authority - Electricity, etc.)
• Representing the company to clients and supervising the delivery of residential units
• Receiving customer comments and transferring them to the relevant departments in the company
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in administrative affairs
  • Excellent communication and customer meeting skills
  • Time management skills in solving tasks
  • Accept field work
  • Withstand work pressure
  • Saudi nationality
