• Coordination and meeting with office clients
• Preparing and reviewing technical and financial reports related to price offers
• Preparing all architectural and planning drawings and designs (vertical projections - horizontal projections - facades - planning - site coordination - internal and external views), architectural safety, calculating quantities and specifications, and raising plan sizes from the ground up...etc.
• Follow up and ensure receipt of project documents from clients
• Make and prepare timetables for projects and include all the work mentioned in the scope of work
• Preparing and updating weekly progress reports on office projects
• Follow up and coordinate with the auditor and update the workflow of transactions with government agencies
• Coordinating architectural plans with plans (structural - electrical - mechanical - cadastral)
• Supervising the workflow with the rest of the departments (structural - electrical - mechanical - surveying - safety), distributing work tasks and selecting the appropriate staff.
• Review and discuss projects, follow up with the competent authorities, and coordinate to solve problems
• Review engineering plans and documents before submitting them to government agencies or the owner and ensure their accuracy
• Effective communication with clients and informing them periodically about the progress of work on their projects
• Supervising the use of work models (field visits - cadastral matching, etc.)
• Documenting project workflow information in a way that preserves the office’s rights
• Review updates to requirements and regulations
• Supervising the delivery of final project documents (plans - building permits - etc.) to the client and receipts related to civil defense (architectural safety).
Requirements:
Certified by the Corps of Engineers and has a valid membership
